What is Sev Usal Masala?

Sev Usal Masala is a fragrant spice blend created for Sev Usal, a comforting Western Indian curry usually made with matki, white peas, or mixed vegetables and topped with sev.

How do I use it?

Use 1–2 teaspoons per serving while frying onion, tomato, and garlic. Add your cooked matki, peas, or vegetables, simmer, and finish with sev, coriander, onion, and lime.

How spicy is it?

It is designed to be flavourful, aromatic, and comfortably warming. Start with a smaller amount and add more according to your taste.

How should I store it?

Store the masala in a cool, dry place. Keep the container tightly closed after opening for the best aroma and freshness.

Do you ship from Germany?

Yes. Orders are shipped from Germany. Delivery timing and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside Germany?

We are starting with Germany and plan to expand shipping across the EU. Available destinations are shown during checkout.

Is the Starter Box different from the Everyday Tin?

The Starter Box contains six individually packed 15 g portions, with 90 g total. The Everyday Tin is a 100 g format for regular home cooking.

Is there free shipping?

Free shipping in Germany is available on qualifying orders over €35.
